Scott Ward Senior Technical Architect Contact Scott Scott Ward was appointed Senior Technical Architect in January 2017. Since joining Irvine in 2013, he has served as Enterprise Data Architect and as Applications Analyst. Scott has been working with database systems for various nonprofits and educational institutions for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Irvine, Scott worked as a Database Technician at University of California’s Hastings College of the Law where he programmed a new degree audit interface for students and implemented a business intelligence reporting system for the registrar’s office. Scott has nonprofit experience working as the Development Associate for the STOP AIDS Project, as a volunteer crisis counselor for San Francisco Women Against Rape, as a Donor Database Developer for Muttville, and as a fundraiser for the Human Rights Campaign, the Sierra Club and CALPIRG. Scott has a bachelor’s degree in women’s studies and mathematics from UC Santa Cruz and a master’s degree in computer information systems with a focus on database management and business intelligence from Boston University.
