Robia Lee joined the Irvine Foundation as a Program Associate in September 2019 and was named Program Officer in October 2023. Previously, she worked as a Research Analyst for the South San Francisco Unified School District. There, she collected and analyzed student data to answer questions for school and district administrators.

Before that, she worked at Tandem, Partners in Early Learning, a nonprofit organization that works to provide children with early learning opportunities that spark joy and close the opportunity gap. In that role, she had the pleasure of working with teachers, families and the community to help them support their children’s kindergarten readiness skills.

Robia earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she studied Economics and Comparative Literature. Though she is originally from Los Angeles, she now calls the Bay her home.
