Nicole Pritchard Program Officer Contact Nicole Follow Nicole Nicole Pritchard joined the Irvine Foundation as a Program Officer in June 2018. Nicole’s background is in community-based research and evaluation, planning, and grantmaking. Her work spans across the nonprofit, philanthropic, and management consulting sectors. Prior to joining Irvine, Nicole was part of the Learning and Evaluation team at The California Endowment, a private, statewide health foundation, where she worked collaboratively within and across departments to cull the learnings from the foundation’s initiatives to inform their revised strategy. Before The California Endowment, Nicole served as the Director of Research and Planning at Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City, a nonprofit that promoted community development activities in under-resourced communities – with a specific focus on combating gentrification, displacement, and advocating for affordable housing. Nicole also brings valuable experiences from her time at Harder + Company Community Research, a California-based social research and consulting firm. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University, and an M.P.A in public and nonprofit policy and management from New York University.
