Brittney Jackson

Program Associate

Brittney Jackson joined the Irvine Foundation as a Program Associate in November 2021. Prior to Irvine, she worked as a Development Associate at The Education Trust – West, an education advocacy non-profit, where she managed internal grants management processes and developed campaigns to ensure fundraising goals were met.

Brittney also served as a Development Associate for Lincoln Families, a community and school based non-profit organization serving children and families in Alameda and East Contra Costa counties. In this role, she supported the organization with database management, event planning, and execution of fundraising tactics and strategies. Prior to her career in fundraising, Brittney worked for Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco as an Administrative Assistant and in multiple roles at the YMCA of the East Bay focused on education, health, and well-being of children, families, and communities.

Brittney earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in legal studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and her master’s degree in public administration from the University of San Francisco.
