Colette Clark was appointed Controller in January 2006, having served the Foundation as Accounting Manager since May 2003. Colette came to Irvine with more than 13 years of accounting and finance experience in positions at Chevron and Basic American Foods, where she worked as an Internal Auditor, Financial Analyst and Manager of Financial Reporting. She has also worked in the nonprofit sector as a volunteer for AARP’s Tax Counseling for the Elderly program, Hope Hospice and the Wellness Community. Colette received her bachelor’s in business administration (accounting) from the University of San Diego, and she holds a certificate in nonprofit management from California State University, Hayward. Colette is a certified public accountant in California and is pursuing a graduate certificate in taxation at Golden Gate University.
